This circuit class comprises of a variety of stations with a set working period roughly with a set recovery period usually 30 seconds, which comprises of weight lifting and high intensity aerobics, this class is  45-60 minutes long. This circuit has more resistance training that the HIIT class.

Examples of stations might include, tyre hitting, dumbbell exercises, barbell exercises, air bike, rower, bulgarian bag, prowler, squats, hex bar deadlift, core exercises and many more…….




This circuit class is high intensity interval training, it comprises of a variety of stations have a set working time and a very short recovery period, it uses lighter weights and full body movements, these exercises will be performed by yourselves at 100% maximum effort, going as hard and fast as you can. The intense bursts of exercise followed by the short recovery period keeps the heart rate up. This circuit is perfect for preserving and gaining lean muscle whilst speeding up your metabolism for the day meaning it is excellent for fat burn.

Examples of stations might include dumbell burpees, shuttle runs, weighted ropes, box jumps, air bike, kettle swings, mountain climbers, jumping exercises, skierg and many more……


Indoor cycling Indoor Cycling (known by its trademark name as ‘spin’) is a high intensity cardiovascular workout on a stationary bike, that gets the sweat pumping as you travel on a constantly changing and challenging journey lead by our motivational trainers. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and has less impact than most workouts, keeping the impact off the knees and feet. Indoor cycling torches those calories which is great for weight loss as well as toning the lower body and increases endurance all to upbeat music. Strength will be increased in the major muscles in the legs and core, these include the abdominals, glutes, quadriceps and hamstrings as the resistance is increased.



Boxercise is based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Classes may involve shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, punching punchbags, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups. No class involves the physical hitting of an opponent, it is a fun, challenging and safe.


Pilates is a system of exercises that improves strength, flexibility, and posture. It emphasizes your body’s core the abdomen, obliques, lower back, inner and outer thighs and glutes.  Pilates develops strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, balance, and good posture.



Pump uses light to moderate weights to get your whole body lean and toned through lots of repetition to the sound of great beats. Another challenging and motivating workout that accommodates for all levels of fitness and experience. In this high energy, low impact workout you will use a mixture of barbells and other equipment to improve you muscular endurance.



This abdominal workout focuses on core strength and stability to improve your posture, training technique and your body shape! The workout will take you through a series of mat based exercises focusing on all areas of your abdominals. Some of the exercises may include sit up variations and plank variations. Even if you have never been to a class before and simply want to tone up this class is a fun alternative to the gym and is suitable for all ages and abilities.



Legs bums and tums targets exactly what it says. These areas are considered to be the worst parts of the body to shift unwanted fat. This class can mix between cardio for fat loss and both resistance and bodyweight movements to help tone up those problem areas.



Metafit™ is the original 30 minute, non-choreographed, body weight only HIIT workout, created by a former Royal Marine Commando, Metafit(™) combines the latest HIIT training techniques with traditional ‘Old school’ body weight exercises to set the metabolism on fire! It is designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete. It’s tough, that’s why it gets results and is suitable for everyone as you can adjust the exercises to suit your own abilities.



This circuit class is perfect to spend quality time with your child and have lots of fun, its is on a one child to one parent basis. There will be lots of fun activities which will also give you a workout.

Combat is a high-energy, non-contact cardo workout inspired by freestyle martial arts and all to the beat of the music. Punch and kick your way fit, following our instructor Jodie Collis, who is a Second Dan Black Belt in Freestyle Martial Arts.



This Boxercise class is on a one parent to one child basis. The class is based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Classes may involve skipping, hitting pads, punching punch bags, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups. No class involves the physical hitting of an opponent, it is a fun, challenging and safe, the perfect way to spend one on one quality time with your child.



Our Tone & Trim class with ex-army PT Wally is split into half cardio which is done in the studio and half weights which is done in the Gym, back by very popular demand!



W.O.D (Workout of the Day) is a mixture of explosive and endurance lifting, Olympic lifting techniques meets circuit training, in an all over body workout.
