GROUND ZERO MUSCLE BUILDING:

This gym based class teaches you how to build both muscle and strength with our qualified personal trainers.

Learn correct technique, learn how to get results and what reps, sets and weights you should be doing to build muscle.  See results in a group based setting for more motivation! This class is suitable for all fitness levels.


GROUND ZERO CYCLING COMBO

TIME TO GET SWEATY with this mixture of indoor cycling and full body off the bike!

You are guaranteed to sweat and work hard.

GROUND ZERO INDOOR CYCLING:

A PARTY ON THE BIKE! With the cycle queen herself, the crazy Jodie Collis or meet our newest member of the team Lauren! Jodie is Known for her whooping, cheering and generally very loud voice haha! Lauren is known for her school disco beats!

Indoor cycling Indoor Cycling (known by its trademark name as ‘spin’) is a high intensity cardiovascular workout on a stationary bike, that gets the sweat pumping as you travel on a constantly changing and challenging journey lead by our motivational trainers. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and has less impact than most workouts, keeping the impact off the knees and feet. Indoor cycling torches those calories which is great for weight loss as well as toning the lower body and increases endurance all to upbeat music. Strength will be increased in the major muscles in the legs and core, as the resistance is increased.

Suitable for all abilities, beginners to advanced, you can take this class at your own pace to start with.


GROUND ZERO GLOW AEROBICS:

Join the party with this energetic, upbeat aerobics class with all the disco and neon lights. Exercise meets a night out on the town! You will be taken  through an easy to follow routine to high energy music. This class is great if your goal is weight loss or general fitness and is suitable for all levels.


GROUND ZERO BODY BLAST:

NO PAIN, NO GAIN!

The class that does it all! A full body workout with a mixture of cardiovascular and weights. There are so many different layouts to this class, which keeps it fresh and keeps your body guessing. There could be any varieties of body weight movements, weighted movements (barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell) or cardio machines in this class. The aim of this class is for maximum calorie burn whilst getting the metabolism boosted, with a full body resistance workout for either muscular endurance, muscle building or strength!


GROUND ZERO CARDIO CLASS:

Get fitter and torch calories with this cardiovascular based class, whether its a long workout or intervals you can expect to sweat and be out of breath! You can expect and of the following listed exercises, but there will be NO heavy weights; skierg, rower, bike, wall ball, dumbbell movements, kettlebell movements, box jumps and everyone’s favorite- burpees.


GROUND ZERO PUMP:

IF ITS HURTING, ITS WORKING!

Pump uses light to moderate weights to get your whole body lean and toned through lots of repetitions to the sound of banging beats. You will follow the instructor with this instructor led class with a choice of your own weights. Another challenging and motivating class that accommodates for all levels of fitness and experience. In this high energy, low impact workout you will use a mixture of barbells and other equipment to improve your muscular endurance.

Suitable for all abilities, beginners to advanced, you can pick your own weights.


GROUND ZERO CORE AND MOBILITY:

This class helps to improve your core strength, full body flexibility and posture. It focuses on your body’s core the abdomen, obliques, lower back, inner and outer thighs and glutes. This class aims to develop strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, balance, and good posture.

Suitable for all abilities, beginners to advanced.


GROUND ZERO AB’S AND CYCLING COMBO:

FEEL THE BURN!

In this class you will do a mixture of exercises to work your abdominals and get on the indoor bike for a real sweat! Some of the ab exercises may include sit up variations and plank variations. Even if you have never been to a class before and simply want to tone up this class is a fun alternative to the gym and is suitable for all abilities.
